OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

1. MAKE SURE THE MACHINE’S SCREW IS TIGHT, IF IT LOOSE, FIX IT, WHEN YOU OPENED THE CARTON. AND CHECK THE CHASSIS IS NO PROBLEM.

2. LET THE MACHINE RACING FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO MAKE SURE THE MACHINE IS NO PROBLEM. 

3. KEEP THE INCISION IS SMALL AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, WHE YOU KILL THE POULTRY. PUT THE POULTRY INTO ABOUT 70°C WATER , AND MAKE SURE THE POULTRY IS ALL WET . PUT SOME SALT INTO THE WATER IS BETTER, IT CAN AVOID TO THE POULTRY’S SKIN BROKEN, WHEN THE MACHINE WORKING.

4. PUT THE HEATED POULTRY INTO THE MACHINE . IT CAN PUT INTO 1 TO 3 AT THE SAME TIME . (BUT PUT ONE IS THE BETTER)

5. TURN ON THE MACHINE, AND WATERING THE HOT WATE ON THE POULTRY AGAIN AND AGAIN. 

ATTENTION

1. THE SWITCH MUST MORE HIGH AND FARTHER THAN THE MACHIINE

2. DON’T TOUCH THE SWITCH WITH THE WET HANDS.

Operation

1. Put the avers after slaughter inside the disc. Soak (don’t use hot water) the feather and lock the cover to prevent it from flying outside when rotation.

2. Connect the power and press the button. Slop it to 1.5 minutes (take 5 birds for example).Open the cover to check whether the feather‘s been removed. If not, it will take 20’s-30s more until it is been removed. The residual phenomenon of wing is normal as the feather of wing is ….hard. It is recommended observe the work process so you can control it timely in avoid too long time may lead to skin abrasion

3. Clean the black dies by water and dry it after using in order to prolong the machine’s life-span.

4. Keep it out of reach of children 

5. Don’t put your hand in the disc to avoid injured when the machine is working

6. Propabley it is a sick bird when its feather can’t be removed under the normal operation, so we suggest that you should not eat it.
